Family Support

Family support services are a social benefit provided to all children with developmental disabilities who are eligible to receive case management through the DD Program. It is intended to reach as many children and families as possible and is individualized to each family.

 

Some of the services available through Family Support include:

               -Behavioral consultation

               -Community inclusion

               -Environmental adaptations

               -Family Caregiver supports

               -In-home supports

               -Special diets

               -Specialized equipment and supplies

               -Transportation
